Bodywork

Gray bodywork is exclusive to the TE 300 Pro model and features subtle graphics to create a distinctive look. For a long-lasting and scratch resistant finish, the graphics are applied to the ergonomic bodywork using an in-mold process, which embeds the design beneath the surface of the plastic. Underneath the machine, an extended, polyamide skid plate protects the engine and linkage, while the frame guards also provide exceptional grip in all conditions. Front and rear brake disc protectors prevent damage for continued braking performance.

Fueltank

A 2.24 gallon (8.5 liter) fuel tank integrates neatly with the ergonomic bodywork and features a robust rubber cushion beneath it to hold the tank in place and protect the frame from wear. The one-piece fuel pump design and integrated filter allows the tank to be emptied further, which is particularly beneficial during longer events. For durability, the external fuel line is specifically routed to make it less exposed and susceptible to damage.

Footrest

Using state-of-the-art computational fluid dynamics, the large footrests are designed for maximum control and to prevent mud from building up. Additionally, the mounting position brings them inwards, which makes them less susceptible to catching on the ground through deep ruts.

Frame

The proven chromium molybdenum steel frame ensures straight-line stability at speed without sacrificing agility through slow and technical sections. Optimized wall thickness throughout the chassis ensures durability, in addition to providing unparalleled rider feedback and energy absorption. For an optimized level of anti-squat behavior, the WP shock is not directly connected to the main tube. The frame is finished with a premium white powder coating for a distinctive look that is unique to the Pro model.

Hybrid Subframe

Made from 60% polyamide and 40% aluminium, the subframe offers exceptional strength and durability at a low overall weight of just 1.8 kg. The lower subframe spars and frame mounts are manufactured from cast aluminium for reliability, with the upper section made from injection-molded polyamide to enable specific flex characteristics.

Swingarm

The swingarm is manufactured using a die-cast production process and designed with a calculated level of rigidity. To further complement and optimise the flex characteristics of the chassis, a 22 mm rear wheel axle is utilised. A durable chain slider is neatly integrated into the swingarm, ensuring uninterrupted forward momentum through deeply rutted corners.

WP XACT front forks

Designed and developed for the rigours of enduro riding, the WP XACT Closed Cartridge spring forks offer consistent damping thanks to their innovative design. Inside each fork leg, lightweight springs with a polished finish enhance performance, while mid-valve pistons optimise oil flow to prevent foaming. A one-piece hydrostop, effective in the last 68 mm of travel, is highly advantageous when landing heavily as it helps to maintain forward momentum. Additionally, riders can alter the compression and rebound settings quickly and easily using the tool-free adjusters found at the top and bottom of each fork leg.

WP XACT rear shock

The WP XACT rear shock features a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) optimised main piston, ensuring superior initial comfort and predictable performance in all conditions. To give riders the option of creating a personalised set-up, rebound, as well as the high and low-speed compression settings, can all be adjusted easily by hand.

Throttle body

The TE 300 Pro features a 39 mm throttle body with dual injectors positioned to optimise flow into the combustion chamber for instant throttle response and exceptional rideability. Idle is controlled by the throttle valve, with one low load injector and one top feed injector ensuring maximum performance. Additionally, the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) offers reliable cold starting while the throttle valve pivots on ball bearings for a smooth throttle action.

Engine

Delivering a broad spread of usable power, the engine is built to deliver enhanced enduro performance. Thanks to the Throttle Body Injection (TBI), the engine delivers impressive torque while maintaining its high-revving 2-stroke character to offer all riders a versatile power delivery. Designed to be compact for a low overall weight, the engine tips the scales at just 54.2 lb (24.6 kg). Additionally, the shaft arrangements inside are precisely positioned for greater mass centralization, which contributes to the agile handling of the TE 300 Pro, while a counter balancer shaft reduces vibration for assured comfort.

Crankcase

Designed to be low in weight without sacrificing strength or reliability, the crankcases are made using a high-pressure die cast production process to create a thin-wall design. To centralise engine mass, the shaft arrangements are precisely positioned to harness rotating masses at the ideal centre of gravity.

Cylinder

In addition to being fuelled by Throttle Body Injection (TBI), the 72 mm bore cylinder features an innovative electronic exhaust control system that manages the opening of the lateral exhaust ports after the main exhaust port opens for maximum power. Together with a machined finish on the upper contour of the exhaust port, unrivalled engine performance is assured.

Oil tank

An electronic oil pump feeds vital 2-stroke oil into the engine. It is located just below the oil tank and feeds the oil via the throttle body, meaning the oil is only mixed with air at this stage. The pump is controlled by the EMS and delivers the optimal amount of oil according to the current RPM and engine load. The oil tank is connected to a filler hose that runs through the upper tube of the frame to a filler cap conveniently located for easy refills.

Exhaust

Tailored specifically for the TE 300 Pro using an innovative 3D design process, the exhaust pipe delivers unrivalled performance and is designed for maximum ground clearance to reduce the risk of impact damage out on the trail. The compact silencer is made from lightweight, high strength aluminium and features an advanced internal construction for excellent noise damping.

GALFER brake discs

Ensuring the highest levels of braking performance in all conditions, GALFER brake discs are fitted front and rear. The stopping power of the floating wave front disc, which is shielded by the disc protector, is uncompromised. The rear disc features a solid design to prevent premature pad wear.

Brake disc protectors

To ensure consistent braking performance, disc protectors are fitted at both the front and rear. The lightweight plastic front disc guard is manufactured using injection-moulding technology and features an integrated spacer for simplified wheel changes. At the rear, a CNC-machined aluminium guard, designed for extreme enduro, deflects impacts and lets riders focus on mastering technical terrain.

Supersprox rear sprocket

Built for the extreme. The Supersprox Stealth Sprocket features an aluminium centre section to reduce unsprung weight while a ring of steel teeth ensures maximum durability. Forged, stainless steel rivets connect the two parts together for a maximum reliability with the unique construction extending the service life of the entire drivetrain.

Skid plate with linkage protection

Making sure the machine glides over obstacles with ease is the polyamide skid plate. With an extended design to cover the suspension linkage, forward momentum is not lost, and any potential damage is prevented. Incredibly durable thanks to its injection-molded plastic construction, the skid plate is low in weight and particularly beneficial for those competing in hard enduro events.

Brembo hydraulic clutch and brake system

As used by Husqvarna Factory Racing, the reliable Brembo hydraulic clutch and brake systems provide consistent, confidence-inspiring performance in all conditions. With self-adjusting free play, the race-tested hydraulic clutch offers a near maintenance-free operation that allows all riders to focus on the trails ahead.

Factory Racing Wheelset

The Factory Racing Wheel Set offers strength and stability when riding across technical terrain. The WP hubs are made from CNC-machined aluminium and then anodised black before being laced to black EXCEL Takasago rims using strong spokes. An axle puller speeds up the removal of the front wheel.

Competition seat cover

A high-grip cover with additional ribs is fitted over the familiar ergonomics of the standard seat foam and offers exceptional traction. Better capable of holding the rider in place when riding either sat down or stood up, the tear-resistant seat cover enhances control in all conditions.

Soft compound ODI grips

Providing welcome comfort throughout the longest and toughest of days are the soft compound ODI grips. The throttle grip is vulcanised onto the throttle tube for a failproof fitment while the left grip is clamped in place using a small bolt.

Radiators

Manufactured from high-strength aluminium, the radiators are engineered using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). The design channels air efficiently through the radiators, with a fan fitted as standard to maintain engine performance in extreme conditions. A large centre tube routed through the frame reduces pressure at this point in the system, ensuring consistent coolant flow, while an internal thermostat further improves reliability. A reliable, threaded radiator cap allows for easy inspection of the coolant level before each ride.

Triple clamps

The black-anodised, CNC-machined triple clamps offer premium quality as standard. They have a carefully calculated 22 mm offset and are expertly crafted using superior techniques and materials for the highest levels of reliability. The handlebar clamp features a large contact surface for the ProTaper bars to reduce twisting in the event of a crash, and offers two mounting options for customisable ergonomics.

LED headlight

The LED headlight provides a remarkably bright light output for excellent visibility at night and is particularly effective when riding through dense woodland. A clever mounting design sees the LED lighting unit fitted inside the headlight mask using a quick-release system that allows it to be replaced quickly and easily if damaged.

Map Select Switch

By using the Map Select Switch, the engine characteristics can be tailored to modify the power delivery according to rider preference or conditions. It offers a choice of two settings that can be engaged while riding - Map 1, for predictable, linear power, and Map 2, for a stronger throttle response that is perfectly suited to heavy conditions.

Electric start

Taken from the motocross range, the combined start/stop switch is located on the right side of the handlebar for easy, thumb-operated use. Not only simplifying the starting and stopping of the engine, but the removal of a designated stop only button from the handlebar reduces the risk of potential damage or activation in the event of a fall.

Engine management system

The Vitesco Engine Management System (EMS) is designed to be small, light, and fast at processing data. It incorporates a Rollover Sensor (ROS) that cuts the ignition and shuts off the engine in the event of a severe crash for an additional layer of security.
